Authentic Taiwanese salted egg pineapple cake. Buttery shortbread crust generously stuffed with homemade pineapple filling and salted egg. We use homegrown pineapples from Tagaytay and organic salted duck eggs from Laguna. Each piece is individually wrapped and carefully packed in a gift box.
